Women's History Month

We're grateful to the three guests who spoke to Cade campus students and teachers during advisory on Wednesday as part of our Women's History Month activities! Dean of Students Vivica Marino welcomed (left to right) Karen King, Civil Senior Litigation Counsel with the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Louisiana; Ayesha Martin, President-Elect of Junior League of Lafayette and a Lead Trauma Registrar; and Ellen Nicholas Nora, Executive Director of Solomon House. These active community leaders and generous volunteers shared what equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging mean to them and how students can make a difference to their neighbors in the community and to people they encounter every day.
