Camp Times
Morning camps are from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Afternoon camps begin at 1:00pm and end at 4:00pm. Drop-off begins 15 minutes before the start of camp. Please pick up your camper within 15 minutes of the end of camp. Programs run Monday through Friday each week.

Lunch Bunch
Once you have a camp in your cart, you may see an option for Lunch Bunch. Lunch Bunch is a supervised period for campers who will attend AM and PM camps in the same week. Lunch Bunch is free-of-charge (students should bring their own lunch), but please select the options you will need so we will know who to look for at those times.
Camp Bus
The morning bus departs the Lafayette campus at 8:30am and arrives in Cade at 8:50. The bus departs Cade at 12:00 and arrives in Lafayette at 12:15. The afternoon bus departs the Lafayette campus at 12:30, and arrives in Cade at 1:50. The bus departs Cade at 4:00 and arrives in Lafayette at 4:15.

Each camp leader will contact you the week before the camp begins to let you know what your camper should bring to camp.

Cancellation Policy
Up to one week before the start of your camp, you may cancel and request a refund. If you cancel 3-7 days before the start of camp, you will have the option to apply the fee to another ESA Summer camp. If you cancel after Friday at 5pm of the week before the camp, you will not receive a refund.
