Mu Alpha Theta

Congratulations to the newest members of Mu Alpha Theta, the national math honor society! To be eligible for membership in Mu Alpha Theta, students must have completed or be enrolled in Algebra 2 and must have reached a minimum cumulative threshold GPA in their mathematics courses corresponding to their academic year at ESA: 4.0 for freshmen, 3.8 for sophomores, and 3.6 for juniors. The honor society is hosting a Pi the Professor event in celebration of Pi Day next week. All money collected will go to the New Iberia Boys and Girls Club where Mu Alpha Theta students tutor after school.
