1.  All preschool students must be 3 years old by September 1 and fully potty-trained by the start
    of school.
 
2.  A complete application portfolio includes application form, $50 application fee, student's
     transcripts if applicable, most recent report card, copies of all prior testing, including
     developmental readiness, aptitude and achievement testing, teacher recommendation and any
     other information you think would help us in evaluating your child.
